As a family, we have been practicing yoga now for more than sixteen years. Someone once said, 'if you want to get rid of bad habits, develop good habits'. Yoga is the habit which we recommend that people develop in order to give them the mental strength, physical well-being and personal self-discipline to re-order their lives in a positive direction.

We follow the Sivananda school of yoga, one of the world's leading styles, and we suggest a 45-minute routine first thing every morning. At Castlewich, we hold a session between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. every weekday morning before breakfast. It's a wonderful way to start the day, and puts one in a frame of mind that is cool, calm and collected.
